Continuing with tradition, the nettletontribe studios have once again participated in an internal design competition to propose a unique Christmas card concept showcasing what nettletontribe means to them.
The winning design, created by Nathan Ominski, brings the Christmas tree form into the realm of modern architectural practice through 3D modelling and printing. Designed with the studio’s BIM team, the model uses two spiralling staircases to reference the classic shape and draw on the foundations of architectural design.
It takes many steps to realise an architectural vision. Our 2019 Christmas Card celebrates the process required to reach the fantastic results on each project.
Thank you to the team for your hard work in bringing this complex model to life, and to all of nettletontribe and our partners in another successful year!
Please enjoy the timelapse (to the right) of our successful print. The short stop motion film created for our digital card can be viewed here.
