Commissioned by Cromwell Property Group, nettletontribe is developing the Barton 1 project to bring a new level of elegance and functionality to the commercial office landscape in the Parliamentary area. This development is designed to be a standout, aiming to set new standards for commercial spaces in the nation’s capital.
The design incorporates engaging features from every perspective. The ground level boasts green spaces that create an inviting entrance. The building is introduced by a porte-cochere, complemented by a retail café at the lobby, enhancing both the building’s and the area’s appeal.
With a modern and bold structure, the building has deep recesses and large overhangs, outdoor balconies, and windows designed to offer shade and reduce glare. Its design features a mix of materials including dark grey tinted glass, metal screening, and timber to add warmth to the pedestrian areas.
