nettletontribe was engaged to design a new space for Cromwell Property Group which embraced flexibility, mobility and collaboration. Improved intra office communication was achieved through creating more formal and informal meeting spaces and several breakout zones. New walls were created in glass to maximise natural light levels, enhance sight lines and create a transparent office culture. All staff members were accommodated at group workstations rather than in individual offices to facilitate better communication and opportunities for discussion.

A new atrium with a feature stair provides improved connectivity between all three levels. An adjacent art wall revitalises the circulation route and is visible on all levels. A series of green walls, which extend through the space, promote feelings of wellbeing.

Sustainability initiatives and ideas of re-use where incorporated throughout the design. A good example of this would be the concrete slab, removed to create the atrium void, which was re-used to create the reception desk.
