Positioned within the newly developed Crossroads Logistics Estate in South-Western Sydney, Harvey Norman’s new facility developed by Dexus is a purpose-built distribution centre for the Harvey Norman Commercial Division. Encompassing an expansive 16,400 sqm distribution centre with a 2,000 sqm two-storey office, it boasts separate heavy vehicle and passenger vehicle entry points, ensuring optimal logistics flow while streamlining operations.
The office space is strategically situated at the front of Beech Road, providing maximum street exposure. The striking tapered form of the building is highlighted with an impressive two-storey glass façade complements a large, timber textured cladding awning portal. Further enhancing the building’s design, small vertical portal structures punctuate the rear entry of the office, leading directly to the recreation area.
Sustainability is a key focus of the design and includes energy-efficient lighting, rooftop solar, and rainwater collection and reuse. With its delivery, this facility marks a significant milestone, completing the development of the Crossroads Logistics Estate.
