Energy Queensland EOTF

1 / 4

nettletontribe was engaged to refurbish the existing basement end-of-trip facility in Newstead, and the upstairs core amenities to each level in this 6-storey building. The chosen palette for this project was timeless and light with warming touches of timber, making it the perfect refresh that the building needed. The end-of-trip facility was revamped with all brand-new timber laminate lockers, ironing stations, and hair and makeup vanities. The upstairs amenities were treated with new toilet partitions and glamorous vanities.

Situated within the heart of Newstead, the building is owned and managed by Cromwell Property Group and fully occupied by Energy Queensland. The location of the building offers staff plenty of lush surrounding parklands for fitness and activity and a balanced lifestyle.

As some of the existing tilings were retained, the finished product required a seamless blend of design which has been accomplished as the distinction between existing and new is unrecognizable. The space was even customized with large-scale wall graphics designed by nettletontribe’s in-house graphic designer, Lindy Duong, to evoke a breath of freshness and calm for patrons. As soon as completed, the building staff were very keen to start using the facilities and are thrilled with the result.
