View & Rise, Gardens Riverside Precinct

View and Rise are buildings inspired by nature and sit at the heart of the Gardens Riverside development in Brisbane’s West End. Designed by nettletontribe for Pradella Developments, these two distinctive 12-storey buildings bring 245 apartments to the Brisbane market.

View has been carefully planned with a curved design which complements the water’s edge beyond and creates an amphitheatre outlook onto the Brisbane River. Rise presents an exciting contrast and is characterised by its distinctive interlocking forms.

The vibrantly coloured exteriors of both buildings are inspired by the surrounding landscape with autumnal and new-growth foliage celebrated in variations of colour. The exterior landscape is a sanctuary for residents who enjoy an abundance of green space which has been enhanced through the alignment of buildings around the edge of the site.

Brisbane’s relaxed lifestyle is reflected in both buildings’ interior designs, with space, simplicity and quality finishes characterising each apartment.
