Parc & Arbour, Gardens Riverside Precinct

Under construction and due for completion in late 2016, Arbour and Parc are the latest developments coming to Brisbane’s landmark Riverside West End precinct.

Created for Pradella Developments, nettletontribe’s designs emphasise both the importance of creating an inner-urban sanctuary alongside a space which provides an outlook to the river and city beyond.

Earthy, textured tones connect Arbour and Parc to the early stages of the precinct, while both buildings complement the existing architecture by expanding upon the gentle curves and geometric forms distinctive to the area. Arbour uses horizontal bands to dissect the structure and balance the building’s height with its vertical frontage, while Parc offers contrasting aspects from the nearby Brisbane River to the internal sanctuary of the complex.

Relaxed interiors reflect Brisbane’s lifestyle, with spaciousness, quality finishes and simplicity key to achieving a neutral environment which enables residents to bring their own personal touch to each apartment.
