This modular and contemporary warehouse facility, located within the Interchange Park Industrial Estate at Eastern Creek, has achieved a 4-Star Green Star design rating, making it the second Green Star industrial facility in the estate.

The elevated office component acts as the main building address to Interchange Drive and comprises thermally efficient glazing across large sweeping glass facades alongside dramatic feature aluminium sunshades. Sophisticated finishes and articulation further maximize the street appeal of the warehouse facing Interchange Drive.

The building, occupied by tenants Goodyear and Rexel, measures a total of 15,000m2 in size including 1,000m2 of office space. Carparking is separate from the truck access with undercover carparking provided to the Rexel facility, making use of the topography of the site. The truck hardstand is accessed by the estate road system to the rear of the facility, which is punctuated by a continuous 10m cantilevered awning which delivers a unique design feature as well as protection.
