The design of Kinloch Lodge captures energy and youth through a lively mixture of colour and contrasting materials which help to distinguish the building from the surrounding structures. The scale of building is sympathetic to its context, with the dynamic and angular form enhancing the site corner and creating a bold addition to the urban context. Its striking aesthetic integrates seamlessly into this lively university precinct.

This two stage development includes 1,350sqm of retail space, generous common spaces and a landscaped courtyard which together form the social heart of the building, fulfilling both the social and private needs of students.

The interior design complements the architectural structure through fun and interactive indoor spaces that inspire learning and social integration.
