Kirribilli Club, Alchemy

1 / 6

Located on Sydney’s north harbour foreshore and overlooking Lavender Bay, sits the revitalised Kirribilli Club. The project, titled Alchemy after the art series by iconic local painter Brett Whitely, saw the former The Kirribilli Club building replaced with an iconic new Club and exclusive residential development. The Club is situated within a podium structure, while 20 luxury 3-bedroom apartments sit within the five floors above.

The evocative, curved sculptural apartment form floats effortlessly above the club podium structure of blue stone and glass. Luxurious living platforms reach out from within the apartments towards the harbour, blurring the distinction between interior and exterior.

Secure access to each floor is delivered via two dedicated residential lifts, each one servicing just two apartments per level. Acoustic separation between the club and residential apartments has been achieved through a combination of structural treatments and a six metre setback between the club and residential levels above.
