Adjoining both Interchange and Wonderland Drives, the warehouse facade comprises metal panel sheeting and concrete panel features which are in line with the contemporary industrial environment.
The office building and warehouse are linked by a two storey glass facade at the front of the building. Translucent sheeting creates a striking and luminous visual effect when viewed at dusk across the warehouse facade. Oversized elements and large-scale modulation refined with simple detailing achieves a simple yet well thought-out design.
Intentional use of colour and articulation of the warehouse reflects the bushland setting to the rear of the facility. The 1,000m2 office provides a corporate entry to the facility, which matches and complements the material selection of the warehouse space.
