Northcote was designed by nettletontribe for Armada Property and is due for completion in late 2016. The building embodies form and function through a seamless flowing design. Stylish stackable glass doors and generous balconies extend inside living into the outdoors. Northcoats’s textured palette of planes and materials reflect an artful design focused on achieving the ultimate in casual but modern style.
