Northpoint Tower & Vibe Hotel

The Northpoint Tower is an existing ‘A Grade’ commercial office building comprising 43 stories located in the heart of North Sydney. The redevelopment of this site consists of expanding the existing podium to provide a new retail precinct that enhances the existing office tower as well as introducing a new 187 room hotel to the heart of the North Sydney business district.

The redevelopment original designed by HDR has been designed to allow easy pedestrian movement between Miller Street and the Pacific Highway while the new 4,700m² retail precinct provides a significant upgrade for potential tenants providing options for retail shops, cafes, restaurants and a roof top bar. The new 9,500m² hotel is located within both the existing commercial tower and a new 9 story building on the north of the site and includes new conference facilities and a roof top pool and gym.
