Within the heart of West End, West Village Stage 1 located on Wilson Street, is the first of the several planned stages on the site.

nettletontribe was engaged by Hutchinson Builders to onboard as design development and documentation architects, working on multiple stages of the West Village development. Park and Lexington play an important part in activating a thoroughfare from Wilson Street to Mollison Street. Standing proud in the West End streetscape, the first stage comprises two fifteen-story towers with an additional two modest townhouses. Lush landscaped surrounds welcome residents and visitors, with the ground floor additionally featuring an open pool area and Bromley artistry. A rooftop terrace offers residents spectacular views across Brisbane, with an open cinema, fireplace, and rooftop kitchen facilities to dine in and relax.
