Ryde Hospital Site Review

nettletontribe was engaged by Health Infrastructure to conduct a review of the site infrastructure and identify staging opportunities.

The review of the existing site included identifying all clinical and corporate services flows, as well as critical infrastructure. This informed a study on the staging opportunities for the site. A previously undertaken master planning report was used for the basis of the scope of works and schedule of accommodation.

Following on from the staging studies we prepared built form visualisations to assist the key stakeholders in understanding how these opportunities can be realised.

Following this study the NSW Government announced a funding commitment in March 2019 of $476 million. The project has yet to commence Master Planning.
