nettletontribe master planned the 11.5Ha green field industrial estate on behalf of Stockland, which comprises four freestanding office/warehouse buildings with northern aspect to Warwick Farm Racecourse, each with individual hardstand and car parking areas. The buildings were completed in the first quarter of 2018, with Daikin taking the three buildings fronting Governor Macquarie Drive.

nettletontribe has designed and secured DA approvals for each of the buildings. Building one, two and four have been secured by Daikin, with building three a speculative building that has the opportunity to split into two tenancies. The building design includes ESD initiatives such as solar hot water heating, energy efficient lighting, and rainwater collection for irrigation and toilet flushing to local authority requirements.
