Cromwell Property Group’s HQ North Towers showcases a contemporary refurbishment to the lobby and relocation of the café.
Reflecting the existing building aesthetic, the entry is softened with the use of modern timber-look battening and stone planter walls with greenery that frame the external concrete seating. The entrance into the lobby is enhanced with a large green wall that adds a touch of nature to the modern flooring, pendant lights and concierge desk. The establishment creates an open and distinctive street entry presence with the inclusion of a large voluminous space that is framed by an awning housing large street numbers that are illuminated at night.
Previously, the lobby was disconnected to the outside space by a solid upstand which now has been removed and replaced with a full height glass to connect the new external terrace and flood the lobby with natural light.


Doubling the space is the inclusion of a large café that is visibly connected to the lobby, offering a semi enclosed space for informal meetings. The café promotes pedestrian activity, increasing the patronage to occupants who want a quick coffee pick-me-up or just for the meet and greet encounters.
