Ben Stokoe

An advocate for design excellence, Ben emphasises the importance of integrating construction knowledge early on in the design process to inform and enhance project outcomes. He has skillfully guided a diverse range of projects from initial concept all the way to their final construction stages, highlighting his versatility across sectors such as multi-unit and mixed-use developments.

Ben has recently taken the lead on some significant projects, including The Store in Newcastle, a project featuring 2 x 30 storey towers that is currently in the construction phase. Additionally, he played a key role in qubec, a development in Newport featuring 18 townhouses that has been shortlisted for the 2024 AIA awards. Furthermore, Ben has been involved in the Waruda development in Kirribilli, managing the creation of 7 highend apartments situated along Sydney’s stunning foreshore.
