Within the heart of West End, greenspaces, subtropical laneways, contemporary residences, and the ‘go-to hub’ for connecting with the community, is the West Village Retail precinct.

Stage 3 of the masterplan, West Village boasts a diverse and considered retail offering which is centered around carefully restored and repurposed heritage buildings dating back to 1927. The lively precinct has also been awarded a 6-Star Green Star Community accreditation thanks to its innovative design and sustainability features.

‘West Village Retail’ activates the key public external spaces and pedestrian links through the site bringing the West Village vision to life. Anchored by key tenants including Woolworths, Harris Farm, and Goodlife, the retail precinct offers a diverse and considered retail offering supported by dining tenancies that front Mollison Park.

The internal air-conditioned retail laneways wrap around the building and celebrate the rich brick and masonry facade with high-level glazing flooding the laneways with natural light and generous scale and proportion.

The project is awarded a 6 Star Green Star Community accreditation in 2017 and will progress forward with more stages.
