The Corymbia Residences is a cornerstone of Stage 2 at Aveo’s Bella Vista Haven Retirement Living, within the master planned Norwest precinct.
Designed and delivered by nettletontribe, the project comprises 83 Independent Living apartments and a new pool pavilion, shaping a contemporary retirement living environment that is defined by landscape, light and community. The architectural proportions of the building are clearly defined with a strong base and a sculpted roof form. The façade expression is predominantly horizontal, with balcony treatments that follow the flowing lines of the masterplan, resulting in generous outdoor living spaces while maintaining privacy and controlled outlooks. A restrained and contemporary palette of materials and colours reinforces the visual relationship with the Waratah Residences, ensuring consistency across the precinct.
