Gardens Riverside Precinct
Gardens is one of Pradella’s developments within the Riverside West End precinct comprising of four buildings offering 1, 2 & 3 bedroom residences with incredible views over green manicured spaces.
Located less than 3km from Brisbane’s CBD, Gardens is a lifestyle community offering an enviable combination of convenience and seclusion centred around 5,500sqm of lush tropical landscaped gardens and resort-style amenities including a lagoon pool, a 25m lap pool, a health oasis with a fully equipped gym and a recreation & function room.
nettletontribe completed View and Rise, as well as Parc & Arbour as part of four buildings. The design emphasises both the importance of creating an inner-urban sanctuary alongside a space which provides an outlook to the river and city beyond.
View has been carefully planned with a curved design which complements the water’s edge beyond and creates an amphitheatre outlook onto the Brisbane River. Rise presents an exciting contrast and is characterised by its distinctive interlocking forms.
Earthy, textured tones connect Arbour and Parc to the early stages of the precinct, while both buildings complement the existing architecture by expanding upon the gentle curves and geometric forms distinctive to the area. Arbour uses horizontal bands to dissect the structure and balance the building’s height with its vertical frontage, while Parc offers contrasting aspects from the nearby Brisbane River to the internal sanctuary of the complex.

Relaxed interiors reflect Brisbane’s lifestyle, with spaciousness, quality finishes and simplicity key to achieving a neutral environment which enables residents to bring their own personal touch to each apartment. (Left: View & Rise, Right: Parc & Arbour)

View & Rise
The vibrantly coloured exteriors of both buildings are inspired by the surrounding landscape with autumnal and new-growth foliage celebrated in variations of colour. The exterior landscape is a sanctuary for residents who enjoy an abundance of green space which has been enhanced through the alignment of buildings around the edge of the site.
