Roma Street Parklands
Situated in the heart of Brisbane, parklands creates a landmark residential community on the western edge of the Brisbane CBD.
The design was developed from the initial state government concept masterplan that achieved approx 27,000sqm of GFA. The final design response achieves in excess of 50,000sqm of GFA.
The development comprises over 400 units in four stages of five buildings. These buildings range in height from two storeys to fourteen, with over 100 unit types ranging from 65sqm (one bedroom units) to 295sqm (four bedroom, two storey penthouses), with planning taking full advantage of the parklands outlook and activating the western edge of the sites public space.

The development has successfully integrated the works of artists Barbara Heath and Matt Tobin into a 350m long sculpture wall, that forms the carpark screen and acoustic barrier to the adjoining railway interchange.
