Opening of Corymbia Residences at Bella Vista Haven

In December, our team had the pleasure of attending the official opening of Corymbia Residences and the new pool pavilion at Aveo’s Bella Vista Haven, marking the completion of Stage 2 of the master-planned Norwest precinct.

The opening, held on 9 December, celebrated the delivery of 83 independent living apartments, with strong interest already shown, reflecting the appeal of the development and its lifestyle offering. Corymbia Residences (Building B) occupies one of the premium locations within the masterplan, enjoying a northern aspect over the landscaped pond and views south to the central open space. Its sweeping form responds thoughtfully to the broader precinct and the adjacent Building A, together framing the expansive landscape and water feature that sit at the heart of the development.

Architecturally, the building is defined by a strong horizontal expression, with simple yet refined balcony treatments that follow the building’s form. This approach creates generous, functional outdoor spaces while carefully balancing outlook and privacy. A restrained palette of contemporary materials and colours reinforces the visual relationship with Building A, while the sculpted roof form and setback provide a distinctive and elegant termination to the building.

Inside, the apartments are light-filled and generously proportioned, with interiors tailored to independent living and finished with high-quality materials throughout. Combined with the new pool pavilion, the development offers residents spaces that support wellbeing, social connection and everyday enjoyment.

It was a privilege for nettletontribe to be part of the journey and to celebrate this significant achievement alongside Aveo and the wider project team. Corymbia Residences is not just a completed building, it’s the foundation of a thriving, future-focused retirement living community in Norwest, and we’re proud to have been there to mark its opening.
