Reflect RAP : Our Commitment to Reconciliation

We are proud to announce the launch of our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), a meaningful step forward in our reconciliation journey.
This action plan strengthens our existing relationships and meaningful collaborations with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, reaffirming our commitment to delivering culturally respectful and inclusive project outcomes.

Over the past several months, a dedicated working group of team members have come together to develop the objectives of our RAP. Through ongoing discussions, learning, and reflection, we have shaped a framework that not only strengthens our engagement with First Nations peoples but also embeds cultural awareness into our design processes.

As architects and designers, we shape and influence the built environment and recognise our responsibility to create spaces that respect and celebrate Indigenous culture, heritage, and Country. Our RAP is a framework for action that will guide us in fostering meaningful relationships, enhancing cultural awareness, and drive positive change within our industry.
