With exceptional experience in multidisciplinary projects, she has worked on a diverse range of developments, including mixed-use, retail, residential, commercial, public buildings, education, and industrial projects. Thien has a particular interest in conceptual and façade design and is highly skilled at transforming complex architectural concepts into practical, buildable solutions.

Thien has played a key role in several notable projects, such as the Northpoint Redevelopment in North Sydney, Rowe Street Eastwood Car Park, and Georges River Grammar Multipurpose School Hall.
